Associate Attorney: wanted by Fredson Statmore LLC. Clifton, NJ law firm seeks an attorney with two (2) years experience in personal injury law with a heavy concentration of Personal Injury Protection (“PIP”) experience including trial and substantive oral argument experience in the Superior Court. Must be conversant in N.J.A.C. 11:3-3.1 and other applicable statutes; attended a minimum of 100 PIP hearings; have proven track record of originating clients for a law firm; a demonstrated ability to handle large caseload and work on weekends as required.
 
Must have a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and must be a member of the New Jersey Bar in good standing.
